The guitarist checked into an undisclosed facility in Los Angeles to seek treatment for alcohol addiction and exhaustion.

He was forced to drop out of more than a month of gigs with his band when he entered the programme at the end of April (11), and now he ready to return to rocking.

According to Tmz.com, Sambora will jet out to meet the band in Croatia for a show on Wednesday (08Jun11).

It's not the first time he has been in rehab - he underwent treatment to help him overcome his divorce from actress Heather Locklear and the death of his father in 2007.
